Brad Kienitz has worked as a behavior interventionist for children with Autism for nearly ten years. With over 2600 hours working 1-on-1 with clients with Autism Spectrum Disorders, Brad has extensive experience utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Discrete Trial Training (DTT), and Positive Behavior Strategies. Brad has worked as a lead Behavior Interventionist with a local school district administering individualized ABA strategies to improve children’s academic, social, communication, motor, and adaptive skills. He specializes in working with challenging clients with aggressive maladaptive behaviors and has received training in de-escalation and restraint strategies and is Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) Certified. As a Lead Behavioral Interventionist, Brad is instrumental in developing and monitoring behavioral programs for LEAPS and training staff on ABA techniques and positive behavior strategies. He has worked with a diverse population of students of all ages and is always available to families in need.

Hillary Laney has over 4 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) working with children with autism of ages ranging from 18 months to 13 years. She is currently enrolled at the University of Washington and is working toward her master’s degree in Special Education with an emphasis in Behavioral Therapy with the goal of becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She is certified in both Crisis Prevention Intervention and Right Response de-escalation strategies. Hillary specializes in implementing and maintaining behavior interventions and has extensive experience using Discrete Trial Training (DTT) as well as positive behavior techniques. She has been instrumental as a 1-on-1 interventionist to clients in a variety of settings including school, home, and clinical settings. Hillary is a high-energy and dynamic interventionist whose passion is to make therapy fun for her clients. Her goal is for them to enjoy therapy and look forward to their next session.
